authorizes the applicant to subscribe to the Idemitsu Asia Talent Cup Selection Event for 2024

The participant is aware of the fact that motor sport is dangerous and may lead to injury, death or disability. The participation in the Selection Event and in any other event or activity as part of the Idemitsu Asia Talent Cup takes place entirely at participant’s own risk. A waiver of liability has to be signed by everyone chosen to take part in the programme's activities. Please click HERE for your information on the Waiver of Liability, which will be handed out at the Selection Event to each participant and must be signed in order for the rider to be permitted to take part in the Selection Event. I agree that my personal data will be processed by DORNA SPORTS, S.L., as Data Controller, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and Council, dated as of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) for the purposes of managing my selection for the participation in the competition and events linked, as well as other purposes mentioned herein arising from the contractual relationship generated between me and DORNA through the IATC selection process. The lawfulness of the processing is the performance of the contractual relationship established through the submission of this form, in accordance with article 6.1(b) GDPR.
